Hello

I've been collecting geocoins for a while, and I think the SSoCA coins are amazing, especially the "Secret Seal".
I was asking about it somewhere else, and it was suggested that I register and post here.

I can't make it to Ulm this year. It's the wrong time for me and I have already done a couple of big geocaching trips this year.

I do plan on coming to the Mainz mega event next May though.

While you all are at Ulm, on the Saturday I will be running a geocaching event here in the UK for one of my best friends. It's her birthday.

welcome to the forum and thanks for your interest on the SSoCA Coins, here especially the Secret Seal.
You probably know the Geocoin Wiki (link) http://wiki.ssoca.eu/SSoCA_Geocoin_-_The_Secret_Seal
It`s really hard to say how many of those rare edition is left over, as each member of the group only got 2-3 of it for special occasions.
Answering your question above, yes there will be at least 1-2 members at the Mega in Mainz.
If you can arrange it, I would also recommend comming to the Mega in Xanten coord.info/GC56APX

I am sorry that we cannot answer your question for the Secret Seal Coin positiv right now, but as you know, as a long and frequent coincollector, sometimes it needs some time to reach its goal. :thumbup:

Yes, I understand and I am happy to be patient. I do love the idea of the "Secret Society of Coin Addicts". Whoever came up with it, it's amazing, and I'm happy to be able to participate in any small way.

I would love to come to Germany for more events, but I don't think I'll be able to come to two events in two months in a row, May and June. I would not be able to afford it.

I'm really disappointed to be missing Ulm too. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun.

I will look forward to meeting some of you at Mainz, and I will definitely be coming to Germany again.

Do any of you ever come here to England? I'm in London, and I'll probably be going to most of the Mega events here. If you do ever come here, either for a Mega or just to London, please message me through my geocaching profile. It would be great to meet.

as I do know England (more the south than the north) quite well, I will come to London to show the great city to my wife. I will then contact you early in advance. But I guess we will meet first in Mainz next year.

That would be great! I'm really looking forward to coming to Germany for Mainz, and definitely let me know if you come here! I can show you were the fun geocaches in London are.
